Jacqueline, The Sister, received her B.A., from Baruch College. Having managed a Hedge Fund in her early professional career, the depth of organizational structure and execution has been a vital aspect to the growth of Black Mountain Capital. Jacqueline serves as the Company's Chief Operating Officer. She is responsible for designing and implementing the company's the day-to-day operations and overseeing the success of every relationship BMC takes on. These responsibilities ensure that every client is treated with a level of professionalism and attention that promote lasting relationships. Jacqueline's theory is simple, Maximum Performance creates Maximum Results.
Daniel Gualtieri
VP, Branch Manager - East Hampton
Dan has deep roots on the East End of Long Island. Dan loves assisting home buyers however his 30+ years of expertise working with real estate investors, builders and decades of super jumbo lending has allowed Dan to create a superior niche following. Dan joined the BMC team because of its unique product selections and their attention to detail when it comes to working with high net worth individuals. "The BMC management team is the perfect fit for doing business on the East End of Long Island." Dan serves as the Media Director & Rescue Swimmer on East Hampton Volunteer Ocean Rescue and is also a founding member & administrator of East End Cares. EEC is a social media organization with over 5000 members that support the local food pantries as well as local East End Families in need.

James S. Dorcely is a dynamic banking & finance executive with over 18 years of progressive experience in developing and managing relationships to drive business success within the real estate and mortgage industry. Mr. Dorcely entered banking and finance as an Investment Banker on Wall Street. In 2001, he transitioned into the real estate financing and lending industry. Throughout his career, Mr. Dorcely has built several sales teams within the Lending Divisions at major institutions such as Bank of New York, Citibank, Everbank, JP Morgan Chase and Bank of America. Throughout his tenures both as an individual producer and as the manager of a large sales force, he has an exceptional track record of financing commercial and residential properties through effective sales and marketing strategies. Mr. Dorcely continues to demonstrate a commitment to underserved communities through his partnerships in the development & rehabilitation of Low & Moderate Income Housing as well as through his philanthropic endeavors and active membership on the boards of nonprofit organizations.
Nik Ivezic

Nik Ivezic is one of our most senior, creative, and talented lending officers. Nik graduated from Pace University's Lubin School of Business with a scholarship as a student-athlete. Nik's talents allowed him to pursue a professional basketball career overseas while gaining qualities of leadership and camaraderie. Soon thereafter his extensive knowledge in finance led him to become a successful mortgage banker. Nik's growth can be attributed to his passion and drive for life which in turn has secured countless relationships within the real estate industry. Finding ways to always provide a helping hand has always benefited Nik and those around him. Nik stands ready to lead and guard his clients to a successful path to victory!

Michael graduated from Siena College’s school of business with a Bachelor’s of Science in Finance and a Presidential Scholarship for academic performance. Leaving no stone unturned, Michael brings enthusiasm, professionalism along with his extensive knowledge of cash flow analysis to the forefront of operational detail. Having passed Level 1 of the CFA, one of the most difficult exams in the finance world, has trained him to be a laser focused and disciplined analyst. Outside of crunching numbers all day Michael is a family man who enjoys reading and traveling to some of the most exotic places the world has to offer.
Entela Fermosi

Moving from Albania to New York as an international student is no small feat however this is what helps define the determination to succeed and that one can bring to an organization. Organizational skills is one of the most important attributes a firm can ask for. Having received her Master of Science in Accounting from Monroe College within two years wasn't enough for this laser focused professional. While studying a second language was compulsory in Europe, it led her to learn and be fluent in multiple languages including; English, Albanian, Spanish and Italian. Being very passionate about investment banking as a kid, Entela defines a happy client as the key to long-lasting success.
