Hampton's builder-to-the-stars Joe Farrell launched his first Manhattan showroom in Tribeca sponsored with Black Mountain Capital's Alex Elezaj. Invited guests were top NYC brokers, who attended the opening party at the new Farrell Building showroom at 11 Hubert Street.

Among the premier brokerage firms represented were Douglas Elliman, Town Real Estate, Brown Harris Stevens, Halstead, Corcoran, Sotheby's, who enjoyed themselves at the event catered by The House Restaurant and Gramercy Catering, also had the opportunity to have their photos taken in a Greenroom photo booth and by photographer Jonathan Grassi.
